Real estate investors can receive a golden dwelling when purchasing a house valued at least 2 million dirhams ($544,500).

Green residency: Green residency in the UAE is a 5-year residency programme for freelancers and self-employed individuals who do not require a sponsor or employer.

Green residence for investors or partners: Investors or partners who develop or participate in business activity are eligible for a 5-year green residency. It takes the place of the prior residence, which was only valid for two years.

New forms of residency visas: a 5-year resident visa to attract talents, skilled professionals, freelancers, investors, and entrepreneurs.

New entry visas: For the first time, new categories of visas are introduced that do not require a host or sponsor. Moreover, all entrance visas can be used for single or multiple entries and renewed for a similar period. They are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

Entry visa for job hunting: It does not necessitate the involvement of a sponsor or a host. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization gives it to people categorized in the first, second, or third skill level. A bachelor's degree or its equivalent should be the minimum educational level.

Business entry visa: To enable investors and entrepreneurs to explore business and investment opportunities in the UAE, a business entrance visa does not require a sponsor or host.

Tourist visa: A 5-year multi-entry tourist visa has been introduced, which does not require a sponsor; confirmation of a bank balance of $4,000 or its equivalent is required.
