Dubai Visa Renewal Procedure for American Passport Holders 

If you are planning to stay in Dubai for longer than 28 days, you will need to apply for a long-term visa. To do so, you will need to provide your green card, passport, and travel tickets at the Dubai immigration office.

You will then be issued a long-term visa that is valid for up to 90 days. You can extend this visa for an additional 90 days by paying a fee at the Dubai immigration office.
